    Great location! Rooms are small but very clean and the beds are super comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. The pool and hammock area are amazing! I loved Miami and the Marseilles was a big part of that! I will definitely stay there agan.

    Great Location! The price was a steal for a beachfront hotel but you get what you pay for. We felt like we had opted for ""a low-income housing project"" amidst a mid/high-end gated community. This place is in desperate need of full renovation. That old Miami art/deco nostalgic crap about the bathrooms is no excuse for peeling paint on the painted tubs, broken ceramic fixtures, vanities with rotted wood under the countertop lip, and broken windows. Broken A/C and Miami heat-not a good combination. Sure, hotel rooms are just for resting, but they should possess the basic comforts.

    Great location. Staff was unprofessional - pool guy chugging beers in the supply room. 98% of the patrons were foreigners, the other 2% were a group of spring breakers who felt the need to whistle and make cat calls at my wife as she lay by the pool.

    Made a decent first impression. Location was good. Located on the beach with bar between beach and pool. Room smelled bad and had no AC temp control. You could only open or close the vent. Had to buy a fan bc it was so hot! We were close to lincoln road, and overall it was a decent stay for the $ paid. Nothing to brag about.
