This hotel is a beautiful property in a great location. staff was average - moderately friendly but not very helpful. also, internet fee was outrageous, as were all other "incidentals".

This Hotel is one of the most expensive in Tel Aviv. But there is absolutely no security in the hotel rooms, and the Hotel itself. My jewelry is missing sense October 31, 2010.I all attempts to speak to hotels managers useless, never have any calls back in return, and they are simply ignoring me. My opinion about Intercontinental Managers, they are polite until them counting cash that your credit cards will pay, so my suggesting to all travelers, tray to avoided staying in this hotel. It will save you money and you will not fill disappointment as my family, after we arrived back home

The executive lounge on the 24th floor was wonderful--great snacks and beverages. I often ate there exclusively, as the vegetables, cheeses, and desserts were top quality and quite filling. The room was first rate: spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a great view of the beach. The shower leaked, and the internet is costly ($20/day), but otherwise my stay was great.
