Like many in Las Vegas, they have added a resort fee $24.64/day. They seemed to cut back on clean halls. Heavy smoke in main lobby (went to other hotels to gamble). Quality of food variable, Hotel location could be better, package price was good and had nice carpet in rooms.

If you are on vacation the last thing you want is to deal with bad attitude from people who are supposed treat you well. I would recommend some customer service classes for those on the Check in/Check out desk specially the women.

I stayed for a weekend with several friends. We each booked our own suites in the HRH tower, 4 rooms total. Not a single room had a properly functioning iPhone/iPod doc. This is a major selling point to the room, and it wasn't available. I called the front desk and they sent engineering up to fix it. The guy said it required replacement parts, which they do not have in stock. So, out of luck. No tissues in the room, some stains on the floors. Other than that, its a good price for an average room. The resort fee is a bit of rip off. Drop the fee and just charge for extras like the shuttle and high speed interenet.

This was my first time in Vegas and I was disappointed. Our room looked awesome when we arrived. However, we soon learned what Koreans sound like singing karaoke as the walls were paper thin. We even heard the concert going on in the Culinary Dropout from the 7th floor! The casino, was smokey and I felt like I needed a shower every time I walked through the lobby. The staff was polite and the Spa was amazing! I just hated going from my relaxing massage and shower back through the rowdy, smokey casino to get to my room. It's also off the strip a little over a mile, their shuttle only runs on the hour, and a taxi is about $12 with tip each way.

  • Not the best place in Vegas.

Our room's heater was not working and when we reported the problem it was not fixed until 2 days later. The bathtub was clogged with hair and their was no coffee maker included in the room. When we brought up the fact about the resort fees being waved since we did not use any of them they told us:"Sorry that's impossible". Do not stay here, this hotel is for drunks that go there during spring break; awful place. Better choice for the money and food is "The Paris". P.S. The walls are paper thin, if you want privacy this is not the place.
