Important Hotel Information

  • All guests booking a room must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid credit card at check-in. Children age 12 and over are charged as an adult. The hotel reserves the right to hold 100 per day on the guest credit card for incidentals upon check-in.

    For how expensive the rooms were in relation to the strip, I was expecting much better. The "non-smoking" rooms heavily smelled of smoke, and the shower curtain had mold all along the bottom of it. When we informed the man at the front desk about it, he just laughed and said he hoped we weren't going to be spending much time in the room. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to smoke, and had a severe reaction to it - thus ruining our first trip to Vegas. We will never be staying at the Hard Rock again.

    We enjoyed the stay. The food when we ate there was good. We did think everything was pricey, that's Vegas. Regarding services: the hotel wants customers to be eco friendly with water. However, there was only one hook on bathroom door for hanging towels. We recommend that hotel install more hooks! Our towels were taken each day except fot the one on the hook. We were unable to print our boarding passes and the person we called for assistance never called us back. Yet, we were charged the $5 fee for the PC use. Minor but important inconveniences.

    Me and a few of my girlfriends stayed here for our friends 22nd birthday. When we got there we were instantly greeted and offered valet parking and our bags were taken right to our rooms. The staff was so nice and friendly. When we checked in they looked for any available upgrades and upgraded us to pool view which was AWESOME. The room had really cool decor, a huge shower and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. They were sooo fluffy and soft. We went to the pool everyday and the pool parties were so much fun. Definitely a place for a younger crowd but we loved it and it was a total blast.
