My guest and I enjoyed our stay at the hard rock. The Valet out front was overly welcoming and talked to us while waiting on someone to get our bags. The front desk staff was smily and helpful and they escorted us to our room so that we didn't get lost. Our first room was great but the sink wouldn't drain, instead of just fixing the drain they upgraded us to a brandnew room, which was even nicer and had a better view. We ate at pink taco and had a great time, our Bartender was very professional and kind. We also loved going to the Rehab pool party! Overall it was a great stay and we will be back.

The hotel itself is fun and convenient in the sense that you really do not need to leave because everything is there. However, after enjoying a long day at the pool I entered my room to find a (highly intoxicated) female passed out in my bed. After security woke her up and asked her how she was let in, she insisted that a security staff member let her in. It then took housekeeping a bit over an hour to come change the sheets. Once management was made aware of the situation, they continued to give the run around as to how and why this happened. More concerned with my safety and the safety of my belongings, I just wanted answers as to who let her in the room. I was not to keen on the fact that staff was able to let any random person into any room. One manager had the nerve to reply with "we have reason to believe she is a part of your party". Needless to say, we continued our evening at the hotel Sushi restaurant NOBU. The waiter, too busy to pay attention to our party of nine, ended up double charging for multiple entrees. When confronted he insisted everything was correct and only provided a generic bill (not broken down, person by person). After the bill was paid we spoke to the manager who was able to provide an itemized bill- only to find out we were overcharged by $130. Thankfully, the manager promised to refund it. All in all, the hotel is nice and has a great atmosphere. It would be appreciated if hotel management would take better care of their customers. Overall rating would be higher if all the minor hiccups did not occur, but not sure after my experience, if I would go back...

The staff is kind of rude and we had a lot of problems with our room. Our room was next to the vending machine area and I guess they had a leak because our carpet was wet. The carpet in the hallway had a floor blower to speed up the process but it was blowing for about 2 days. The door was tricky. We inserted the card key and had to move the handle up twice or down twice before it opened. It had a mind of its own. The door was hard to open and close. The room was freezing and if I turned the heat up then it became to hot. There was no happy medium. The hallway was never vaccumed. People ordered room service and the trays stayed on the floor for at least 2 days before some one came to pick it up. Someone at some point put a cloth over to cover up the food. The good thing I liked about it was when we asked for extra towels they were quick to bring up a lot of them. Rehab was great and Vanity was fun.
