This was probably the best hotel stay I've had in Vegas. The excellent hospitality seemed genuine and level of comfort here is wonderful. I was really grateful that the front desk allowed me to check in my room at 10am (since my flight had been rescheduled to an earlier arrival by the airline). The only thing that could've made my stay better was if I hit the jackpot, haha! But I definitely am recommending this place to everyone & will stay here again. Yes, it's a little ways from the "strip" but while in Vegas, walking is expected no matter where you stay. Fortunately, the weather was great, high 70s w/slight breeze during my stay 10/26-10/30

Absolutely love Hard Rock! We've been to Vegas multiple times and stayed other places, but since staying at Hard Rock we have always came back! Hotel beds are amazing! Very clean hotel, casino is not over packed and real congested. Pink Taco resturant is amazing! We certainly recommend Hard Rock!

The hotel is a nice hotel. The check in staff didn't seem to know what was going on for the weekend at their facility. The staff was in a whole very friendly and outgoing. Their valet is one of a kind. These people were very helpful. I was just disappointed in checking in and getting to the room and found a handicap bathroom. Of course there were no other rooms available as they were full. If they would of said something at check in, this wouldn't of been such a surprise. Hard Rock is a nice hotel that is off of the strip with a lot to do within the hotel.

My room was a block from the elevator. The balcony door could not be completely closed because of broken latch. There was not sufficient water glasses and the most ridiculous deficiency, there was no vanity in the very large bathroom. There was a huge tub, handicapped toilet, wall size mirror, sink, but no counter, cabinet, or vanity to set anything. Not even a shave kit
