I was looking for a central located hotel due to the short time I had for my visit to the city of Denver. I think my choice was the best, because it was a short walking distance to the most representative places in Downtown area. The Hotel was good and the quality of the room was very acceptable. I can recommend this hotel for any business or turist trip to Downtown Denver.

The price was right the staff was great and the room was clean. The t.v. check out worked really well so we didnt have to stop by the desk on our way out, it was very efficent. Thank you Sheraton!

Although this hotel is pet friendly, we were a bit surprised when upon checking in, the young man at the front desk informed us that our dog could not be left in the room alone. If there happened to be any problems, they would contact animal control and have her removed from the premises. While I understand this is for the protection of the staff, I'm sure there are better ways of informing guests of this policy. We have traveled extensively with our pet and have NEVER been told anything like this. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again. The SHERATON DENVER WEST, on the other hand, was great. While not located downtown, the staff was terrific. The kitchen even made our dog a chicken breast and gave her a welcome bag. If the SHERATON DENVER DOWNTOWN does not like pets on its premises, they should not allow them at all.
