Good deal for being so close to the Magnificient Mile. Staff was wonderful. Hotel is pretty in the lobby and halls but rooms need a little updating. Bathroom was small but clean. Bathroom needed some updating too.

The Senaca was older but the rooms were ver clean, the bed was comfortable, the suite was a very nice size. It was very close for all the fabulous shopping. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The room rates were so afordable for such a great location. Short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean with 2 comfortable queen size beds. In room kitchenette was convenient. Nice sized walk in closet provided extra room for dressing since the bathroom was on the small side. Staff was friendly, check in was a breeze. Overnight parking was across the street and was reasonably priced. Air conditioner was noisy but cooled the room well. Will definitely stay there again.
