    The hotel has a lot of charm. it was converted from an old apartment building. the rooms have a kitchen with sink, stove and refrigerator. the prices are very reasonable ...

    The hotel has a lot of charm. It was converted from an old apartment building. The rooms have a kitchen with sink, stove and refrigerator. The prices are very reasonable compared to the nearby hotels and is across the street from the Water Tower Place mall and close to many shops and restaurants and the Michigan Avenue Miracle Mile. You can also see Chicago from the observation deck on 94th floor of the John Hancock Building nearby. I highly recommend the Seneca if you stay in downtown Chicago.

    This hotel was an incredible bargain for its location, next door to the Hancock Tower. Steps from fabulous shopping, easy transportation access to all major attractions. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a beautiful, HUGE room with a kitchenette. Room was very clean and had an in-room safe, which was appreciated. We will definitely return again!

    We booked the king suite, and it was spacious, very nice, for the amount of money that we spent. all except the bathroom, kinda out dated and small.

    This hotel was extremely disappointing. after waiting for 6 hours to even check into our room because they needed to ""clean"". when finally getting into our room, the sheets were ...

    This Hotel was extremely disappointing. After waiting for 6 hours to even check into our room because they needed to ""clean"". When finally getting into our room, the sheets were filthy, the floors stained, our hair dryer fell off the wall and broke, the bathroom was discusting with hairs and dirt in the tub. The entire experience was horrific! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
