My husband and I have stayed @ this hotel every year for the past 6 years and this past week was by far the worst stay we have ever had! The staff was the worst of all. We have never seen so much rudeness in our lives.The t.v. was broken, the light in the shower had no cover, the iron was broken and the staff didn't care one way or another. Will NEVER stay there again.

This hotel is centrally located at the norht end of the Magnificent Mile and is close to shopping, restaurants and bus lines. The suite was spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel is older but this gives it a vintage feel. It was quiet, well maintained and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again."

The Seneca's roomy apartment-like suites and access limited halls and elevators make a visitor feel like a resident. The solid old building is quiet and charming and the staff seem more like neighbors than the typical hotel employees I find elsewhere.

We have stayed here several times and plan to again this year. Suites are perfect for family with the full kitchen, several rooms. Great location for shopping and other attractions. We take the train in, so don't know about parking.
