The service is amazing, the rooms are similar to small apartments with a full kitchen and dining/living area. It's always clean and I have never had a complaint about this hotel. Strongly recommend it.

My flight got in earlier than I expected, therefore I got to the hotel before checkin at 3:00. The hotel took very good care of me they took my bags, allow me to rest in the lobby aera, and then got me into my room earlier than the required checkin time. Going back to windy city this spring, the Seneca Hotel will be the place I will rest my head.

The staff was great, they made recomendations for dining and the experience was great. THe hotel does show some of its age, but it is well kept up and is better then alot of the hotels that I have stayed in in Chicago in this price range. I traveled with a group of people so had multiple rooms and they were all a little different, some much more updated and bigger then others but they were all well worth the money. It appears that they are in the process of updating all the rooms, so some aren't quite there yet but should be soon. Definately will stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed at the Seneca on three occassions. It is a charming little hotel, centrally located in Chicago. Some rooms are actually full apartments which made for great fun when four couples went to Chicago for a weekend together...great gathering space! It's more than just a place to sleep at night...it's an experience! It is hands-down our favorite hotel in Chicago.
