The hotel overall was a good experience for our first time in Ft. Lauderdale. My only 2 issues I had was the beds were too firm which made us wake up with neck & back pains. Also, I was very displeased that I had to pay $20 a night to park my rental! That was an unexpected cost I did not anticipate.

Loved the location right on the beach. All the services from the staff were very friendly. Beautiful lobby. The negatives were being charged $9.99/day for room internet (they do have computers & printers in lobby free of charge), $20/day parking fee (no other options in area to park, parking spots were very small/tight), and I like complimentary breakfasts (not included). I would stay again. My daughter and I used gift cards I had to the local Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks for our breakfasts (so guess we did get free breakfasts!).

We were made to wait in lobby until nearly 1700, because room was unavailable. Were told to "go wait in bar." Room was advertised as "beachfront." It was not. Food and beverage prices were unrealistically high. Server's uniforms were filthy. All-in-all a very expensive and highly unsatisfactory experience.
