06/07/2012Stayed here during one of celtics playoff games and the television signal was too weak for espn reception in our room. when we complained the man at the front desk ...
Stayed here during one of Celtics playoff games and the television signal was too weak for ESPN reception in our room. When we complained the man at the front desk said it was a hotel-wide problem. We were forced to watch the first half in the bar with no sound. At half time we found out other rooms had reception, but front desk wouldn't give us a different room.

Really nothing special. I expect more from a Hilton.
05/30/2012I stayed here due to an early flight the next morning and because of its close proximity to the airport. easy 15 minute walk if you miss the complimentary shuttle.

03/27/2012Waited at the subway station for 25 mins for the shuttle we called. finally gave up and took an airport shuttle to the terminal and walked on the sky bridge ...
Waited at the subway station for 25 mins for the shuttle we called. Finally gave up and took an airport shuttle to the terminal and walked on the sky bridge to the hotel. When I mentioned it to the desk person, he immedently gave us free breakfest for the next day. Very good customer service....was not asking for anything just wanted them to know their shuttles were running late.
