I was trying to order food before a long international flight and was unable. Staff very unhelpful. I tried to talk to a manager, but after being transferred several times, the phone hung up. Staff seemed unwilling to do anything to help a guest.

the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Always greeting us hello, very knowledgeable about directions, information, etc. We got the room we requested over the harbor, rooms were clean and roomy. Great location and easy access to the airport. Couldn't even hear the airplanes. Shuttle service was excellent. Everything was great.
