Pool room smelled like urine.We could not stay in whirlpool as it smelled so bad. Carpet and chairs in room had holes and stains on them. Bathroom needed cleaning I would not recommend this place to anyone I chose it for in door pool and photos looked nice...I was mistaken.

Not the worst hotel but I wouldn't stay here again. When I checked in I was told I overpaid for the room since I am military but there was nothing they could do during this visit. I then got my keycard and room number and the worker was on the phone the entire time during this When I got upstairs to find my room but there was no such room number which he had given me. I had to tell him this and get a new card made and a real room number. The hotel and room is slightly below average because the rooms floor was dirty and the service was poor.

AT first I didnt want to stay at this place but I am so glad I did. Its next to a strip club so that was a big strike. Once inside Phillip the security man was the best, he made us feel right at home and welcome. I went on a big Bikers Convention so rooms were hard to come by but we found this one and they made arrangement for the group to park there bikes safe. Breakfast was great. Now for the strip club.I knew it was there but I didnt hear any noise from them in our room all night nor did I see anything when I went to smoke outside at 3 am, Phillip still there watching and everything was fine..Staff was very helpful with us getting around Dallas. I will for sure be looking to stay here if needed again.

The hotel was ok. You could tell it had been remodeled and the work done was not very good. Our biggest issue is that the hotel is next door to a strip club. The noise in the early hours of the morning was absolutely unacceptable! The staff was very accommodating in moving us to the opposite side of the hotel to help with the problem, but if we had known this ahead of time, we would have booked somewhere else.
