Though a little dingy in color scheme, the cleanliness and attentiveness of staff was quite impressive. The ameneties, computer service, wi-fi were excellent. The fitness center is clean and well-equipped though a little too warm for a prolonged workout. The room size is adequate for a city hotel with all the right stuff in room--including nice hot water, not found in our previous 4-star hotel! The staff were accommodating when we asked for a room on the quiet side, though we were later informed that the bus terminal across the street has closed and noise is not currently an issue. Location was great--walking distance from dining, Convention Center and great public transportation. The in-hotel restaurant is very convenient with personable wait staff, though the furnishings are a little "down in the tooth" and need a redo. They sometimes didn't have items listed on the menu. Yes we would stay here again!

Stayed at this hotel during St. Patrick's Day. Great location. Within walking distance to the Gas Lamp District. The hotel was clean and the employees friendly. The hotel is quaint with a European feel to it. My friend and I would stay again.

Very convenient and a fraction of the cost of convention hotels- Convention center walkable, but Trolley nearby (around the block) if you don't feel like walking. Only issue there is that the trolley station was a homeless campgrounds, but not a major issue. Right next to gaslamp quarter and shopping mall. Service was excellent, room was spaceous. Highly recommend.
