Staff was awesome and the suite was as big as an apartment. Loved every second. The valet staff on the other habd was rude and it took forever to get our car since we could not call down to get it. Other than that the stay was amazingly awesome!!

This is a great hotel in the heart of Dallas :)

Very nice but had a bad room.
09/08/2012We were given a room in the 4th floor where apparently the main water pipes for the hotel are located. we could hear water rushing through the pipes all night. ...
We were given a room in the 4th floor where apparently the main water pipes for the hotel are located. We could hear water rushing through the pipes all night. Then on Saturday night we listened to a Rap concert held on the second floor until 2 AM!! I finally complained when people from the concert were coming back to their rooms on our floor making all kinds of noise. The next day the hotel manager was very apologetic for the inconvenience and gave us a beautiful suite on the 22nd floor and a bottle of champagne for our last night stay. The moral of the story is: don't stay in the lower levels.

The iron and ironing board needed replacing, but that was the only complaint I had about this hotel. This is the 2nd time we've stayed there, and will stay there again if the need comes up! The room is a really cool design, and the whole art deco feel of the hotel is nice.

I love the Magnolia and have been there a couple of times and loved it each time. This time I went I wanted to get the same room or similar room (as a surprise for my husbands bday) that we had the first time we went there. So I called and talked to a nice girl who really worked with me to find the right side of the building (my husband really likes buildings and archecture) and she booked us a great room with a view on all 3 sides AND the same kinda room and view we requested. This girl on the phone and the guys at the front desk were awesome to make sure this was similar. Even going as far as to look at picts on my phone that I took of our first trip to make sure the room was similar and it was.
