This is our third stay and probably the last, just too hard to park,for what you pay for the room, we had to park in the main lot away from room and up a rickity stair path. Service has difinitely gone down hill. One day we were out of the room all day to return to no room service at 5p.m. Front desk just blew us off, we had several problems with nothing more than an apology, would have been nice to get some compensation. Watch if you get a cabana, they auto charge 20% tip,therefore no need for good service, I had to track down the server all day. Nice service at the restaurant. Tried to go to Different Point of View for the beautiful view!, Closed for Weddings! Seems like hotel more interested in keeping meetings etc happy not the ordinary guests. no free internet by the way! Nice to have a suite.
