Loved the view from my room, felt like I was in the old west!
04/21/2011The grounds were very well kept. i enjoyed lounging around the pool. the staff were all quite friendly and helpful. the rooms were nice, and clean, but nothing extra ordinary.

This is a good value resort (room rate I received). Just me and my husband went, however, if I brought my family (kids) it would almost be a deal breaker not to have access to a fridge. They do have fridges in the room but they have zip ties on them and I heard that you get charged if you even open them. Plus if they are stocked you can't put your stuff in them. Also to charge $12/day for internet in this day and age is ridiculous. The golf course was beautiful, the place is well kept and the rooms are nice.

I stay at this hotel when visiting my granddaughter and she likes to come and stay with me. We had great fun on our daily swims in the pool just outside our room. The hotel is well taken care of by the friendly and professional staff. I expect a lot from hotels when I travel and Tapatio has delivered each time I have stayed there. Our spacious room and bathroom is always clean, the bed is comfortable, and the price is reasonable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs. The staff was gracious and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pools were well-maintained, clean, and relaxing. We would go back anytime. Also, the setting was right in the Cliffs----beautiful!!

All the staff that we encountered during our stay were friendly, proffesional and attentive, especially Ramero (sp?) the pool side waiter near the work out center. We have never had such exceptional service! My wife and felt that we had our own personal server!
