This hotel is located directly across from an Underground stop and has convenient access directly to the airport. The area surrounding has everything.. all types of eateries , shopping and a grocery store! This is my 3rd stay with them and I have always been pleased!

Our stay was for 16 days. When we registered the staff was very reluctant to give us a room with two twin beds. They said the first room that would be open would be the day before we left ( 15 days later). Eventually they found a room with twin beds. The maids did a good job, the staff was pleasant. One of the beds was missing a wheel and was propped up by a book. This caused my friend to feel she was sliding out of bed every night. We discovered this problem the day we were checking out and reported it to the manager. The Concierge were very helpful and patient.

My rooms (and I had 2 over a 2 week stay) were both in need of repair... broken furniture, really worn/in rough shape bathrooms. In general it was adequate- but you could do better for the price. Some rooms can be noisy depending on location in the hotel. Plus... tube stop is very very close, easy to get around.

You know what they say about London hotels. This isn't a bad hotel by London standards - several airlines put their flight crews here - but I couldn't get past my bathroom's funky smell, it was like vinegar. I also had a noisy AC and couldn't keep the room warm enough without it. Otherwise the room was small and simple. The best thing about the hotel is it's location - it's right near the Gloucester Rd Tube Stop, with 2 grocery stores nearby and many dining options.
