What I did not like was the fact that I was sent to the building on the side (not the main building). The room on this small building does not reflect the price charge I paid. Also, I did not like the fact that I had to pay for everything, meaning access to the GYM $10, internet $14.95, and breakfast was not included. Other than that, I was pleased with everything.

The only drawback to the hotel was the staff at the pool. Service for food and drink was slow and staff was not that helpful or friendly with exception of one staff member. The front desk and concierge were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a great walking location to restaurants and shops. The beach area is nice. Free wi-fi in the hotel lobby.

One of the most beatiful & comfortable hotels located at South Beach, Miami. It's just one block away from Lincoln Rd, where you could find restos, bars and a lot of stores. The hotel is huge, has a big entrance and a lot of guest services you would like to have. Every person is aware of you at every time, kindly asking to serve yourself. During the time you spend in the lobby, there's a usually a guy offering smoothies, loly pops or cold drinks for free. The pool is great, you also have a jacuzzi there. And the beach service is algo good. Just crossing the door behind the pool you can reach the beach, where you can pay to get some seats and an umbrella. You could also ask to get some drinks or even eat there if you want. To sum up, an excellent choice where you can stay during your trip to Miami
