This is the first time I use this hotel, and the experience was amazing! The moment we entered the lobby I felt transported to the best hotels in Las Vegas. I came with my wife and my two daughters (1yo and 8yo). The hotel is 100% kids friendly. The kids pool is perfect (And warm) and when I asked for a virtign Pina Colada, there was no problem. I requested a smoothie for my 8yo and I needed in less than 30 mins... It was in my door in 20 mins. Everything, from the people the facilities is spectacuar.

This is a decent hotel for a family but wayyy too many issues with our first stay here. 1. You can not earn any points or redeem Blue level or higher perks (free Internet, free Gym,. free room upgrade, ) if you do not book through their website. First time I've ever heard of this with a reward program. 2. Internet service is horrible and incredibly expensive (19.95 p/d). I spent at least 1 hour per day on the phone with their help-desk during my 4 day stay with the sporadic availability of their Internet service. 3. Billing incompetent. So I ask for a late check, leave the room during the agreed upon time and check our bags so we can check out the Â scenery before we catch or flight. I wanted copy of the my receipt since most hotels these days you don't have to actually go check out you just leave. When I ask for my receipt I see a 299.00 late check out fee. Eventually they resolve it, but that was ridiculous.Â 4. Our toilet got clogged and water was everywhere in the bathroom took cleaning crew almost an hour to finally arrive and clean up. 5. YOU MUST SHOW UP BETWEEN 6AM - 8AM (before 8am if you want a umbrella) if you want to get good seating at the pool apparently they allow their guess to put things on the chairs and walk away for the day (this is what the hostess told me to do if I wanted to get a good seat). Would be nice if they had more umbrellas. I will admit that I do like all the activities they have for children (you pay for that) and the free kid activities at the pool.

This has been our best vacations by far... The hotel is gorgeous, right on the ocean, well located to Lincoln Road (shops and restaurants), the staff is so friendly - but what was the best of all, is that everything is cater for kids (kids menu, kids activities around the pool at 1 pm, games and ice cream complimentary, kids high chair for lunch at the pool) Our 8 years old daughter had a blast. Our baby (18 months old) loved it too. There is a side of the pool that is made for baby with shallow water . When we arrived we realized we had left our baby swim suit in Boston, the staff of the hotel offered two disposable bathing suit for our baby (just an example of how kind the staff was) I would highly recommend this hotel to a family !!
