This smaller hotel was clean, orderly, and the conceirge staff extremely helpful. We didn't use the dining facilities. The hotel was in a nice neighborhood with the tube steps away. We also found the grocery store across the street useful (rooms have fridge). I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.

The Hotel is wonderful and the location is great. The tube entrance is right across the street giving you access to anywhere in London. The location is safe and clean. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate area and you could eat at a different restaurant every night and never have the same type of food twice. The staff was wonderful. The concierge was very helpful. The room was a bit small but accomodated a family of 4 very well for 5 days. The only complaint was a problem with in room internet service but it was resolved by the staff. I love this area of London because it is primarily a residential area with lots of small shops and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation or romantic get away. I would definitely stay here again.

I just returned from traveling to London with my 15 year old daughter, her friend and my 7 year old daughter. We upgraded to a suite at the hotel which was a loft with a spiral staircase. Too fun. The Tube access is across the street. The area is full of restaurants, groceries and a pharmacy. We walked up to Hyde Park and all around. It was safe, people were friendly and my 15 year olds even wenet on the Tube themselves: up to Harrods at Knightsbridge and Picadilly Circus area. We had a ball. I am so glad for the previous reviews because that is what convinced me to stay in that area.

Don't miss Covent Gardens which is not far if you take the tube. There you find a great ambiance, shopping and restaurants,

the hotel was very easy to get to and from everywhere. the underground entrance was across the street, with different lines of trains to take you where you wanted to go. there were several restaurants and pubs to chose form. the area was safe day and night. the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. we loved our stay.
