DDid me wrong for real I have schedule a for sweet like 2mouth head time because its was my daughter gardertant day for her last year so day of gard the hold family came there for the party they did not have my room available they try to get me different. Room that was little. Room I.was so mad I went the next hotel next to them got a better deal my daughter. Have best graduate. Day afther all

My husband and I must be spoiled by previous "suites", but our room was pretty bare. There was no mini fridge or microwave, and the television was an old tube with bad resolution and a small screen size. Our home TV isn't anything exceptional, but it made the Holiday Inn TV look like a baby. The bed was extremely comfortable, however, and had a pillow top mattress as well as 2 pillow options for each person (firm and soft). We were extremely disappointed in their customer service when we actually needed it. Our toilet almost overflowed around 11:30 one of our four nights as we were getting ready for bed. I attempted calling the front desk but no one answered, so I went downstairs instead. The front desk clerk was polite but said that maintenance wasn't on duty at that time, so she had the security guard bring us a plunger. The plunger was pretty gross and hadn't been cleaned since its last use, and we could never get any suction on it. Alas, we gave up and waited until the cleaning crew arrived in the morning. Luckily we weren't inconvenienced during that time, but I was quite annoyed at the situation. May I mention I noticed as soon as we first arrived that the toilet didn't seem to flush very well, so it wasn't a one-time instance 2 days later.
