  All the staff at this hotel were very friendly & courteous. the doorman always help open the front door when we came up with our baby in a stroller. the people ...

  All the staff at this hotel were very friendly & courteous. The doorman always help open the front door when we came up with our baby in a stroller. The people at the front desk always greeted us with a smile. The concierge gave us clear directions & help us with the public transit system to get around town. Our room was clean & comfortable. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff really made our stay in Chicago easy & fun. We would definitely go back to this hotel for our next visit.

  This hotel was conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants. the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. i would definitely stay here again!
