Large room with space for a cot

Since there was some confusion over how many beds we'd have for the 3 people in our group, I was glad the room was big enough to easily accommodate a cot. The staff was helpful and friendly, although it's still a puzzle to me why our TV had to be reset in order for it to work. The indoor pool seemed like a hit with the rug rats. I used the exercise room, which was basic but provided a way to burn off some energy. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

07/25/2010Well we chose this hotel because we thought we could trust the name. were actually going to saratoga but rooms were sold out. the area is like a ghost town, ...
Well we chose this hotel because we thought we could trust the name. Were actually going to Saratoga but rooms were sold out. The area is like a ghost town, the land that time forgot. That being said, let me tell you about this Nightmare of a Hotel. First of all, we arrived well after the 3 p.m. check in time but our room was not ready. After some checking the desk clerk found a room on the 3rd floor, non smoking. We proceeded to go to elevator which was at the end of the hall on first floor.The first floor hallway smelled like Dirty Diapers and stale cigarettes, pretty gross. We get to the room and enter, clean but not spectacular. Then the problems began. The toilet did not flush properly and ran all night.The clock kept on making a bizarre half buzz sound so we had to unplug it. Upon returning from our evening out, we found that neither of our room keys worked, had to head back to lobby to get them reset.In the morning we wanted to call to find out the checkout time only to find that the telephone did not work.. If I wanted a sub standard hotel I would have booked one. I've stayed in Super 8 down south that was nicer, Clean up your act, This was NO HOLIDAY.... No apologies, no concessions, no discount, never again ....

Well it was ok the staff at the front desk were a little snotty and they stare a lot...and the bathroom wasnt clean. I dont think i would stay there again...the days inn acrossed the street is a lot cheaper and they serve free breakfast :).
