- - Property has a 25 plus tax nightly resort fee (collected at property) for stays through February 14, 2013. The resort fee includes: 4 passes to Oasis Water Park (open on September & October weekends only) unlimited high-speed wireless internet access, admittance to 20,000 square foot athletic club, valet and overnight parking, in-suite coffee daily, newspaper, shuttle service to Arizona Mills mall, local calls, and long distance access.
- - Beginning February 15, 2013, the Resort Fee is 40 plus tax nightly resort fee (collected at property) and includes all the above.
- - Oasis Water Park is open 7 days a week President's Day weekend through Labor Day, then weekends only September & October. The park is closed November through first part of February with the exception of Thanksgiving weekend.

Excellent for families without feeling like you're in a "daycare". End of April seemed very quiet there. Lots of easy access to the pools throughout the resort. Food was very average and expensive. Horrible and expensive at the Rainforest Cafe (at the mall). We had hoped to keep groceries in the room for snacks, but even the expensive King Suite we were in only had a sink and stocked minibar...no microwave, fridge, cutlery, etc. They really push you to buy on-site food and beverages (ie. checking bags for food and alcohol upon entry to the waterpark). Fry's grocery store is an easy 15 minute walk away, and the mall is about the same in the other direction. We removed everything from the minibar to fit our own stuff, and replaced afterwards. The $40/night extra resort fee (mandatory) is a bit steep, but worth it if you use the waterpark, pools, and internet. Great place for relaxing in the sun by the pool. Accommodating staff. Beautiful grounds, and a really great patio at the Lobby Grill overlooking the first tee. We would return in the future.

The only complaint we had was the other guests would save the lounge chairs by pool with their shoes etc. I think staff should tell people that they can not save no more then 15 20 minutes so others can enjoy the pool.

Lost a few items in room because they made me move from one room to another my mom lost her jacket that was hang on a wheel chair while she was sitting in it at oasis water park Every thing was too far for us, even though I requested a room close to every thing

04/17/2012The attached water park was fun for the whole family! the fitness center was above average for a resort. spa was small. restaurants were good.
