We enjoyed staying at the hotel, but were disppointed that the waterslide & lazy river didn't run at the same time. Kids who work there had gone back to school so they alternate them. I hate waterslides so wanted to hang out in the lazy river with my little daughter. While my husband and son wanted to stay on the waterslides. Staff was nice. Room wasn't the cleanest.

The property is in the city, but away from the city in feel. The water park is nice and well maintained. There is an extensive trail system with walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were large, clean and quiet with one exception. The exception occurred when an event was being held in the courtyard adjacent to our room with a large mariachi band. We called the front desk and the concern was handled within minutes. The hotel apologized and took care of our family’s breakfasts. The event had been scheduled indoors and the event planner moved it without thinking.

Nice room with separate bedroom for the parents and a kitchenette. We had a pool/hot tub area in our section of the property as well as access to the very fun water park. The kids loved the lazy river and wave pool. The water park was very clean, but they do let locals in for a fee, so it's not all hotel guests only. Also, wonderful hiking on property... as well as a lovely golf course. The staff was great.

We enjoy treating the kids to a staycation, and Arizona Grande has become a favorite spot for the whole family. The Oasis Waterpark is AWESOME!!!! And not just for the kids, my husband and I had a blast. The resort is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The best part for us, is that the rooms are big enough to accomidate 5 without having to step over eachother. We will be returning, that's for sure.!!!!
