    After reading other reviews here, I knew I was taking a chance on this unique property. I was glad I did. An older building that was saved from demolition and turned into a hotel, it has some character. The gym and rooftop pool are very nice and afford great views of the city. Upgrading to a suite got me a very large, well appointed room. The staff was helpful and efficient. It is two blocks from the MARTA station. Two elevators for a twenty floor hotel are a bare minimum. Avoid the busy check in/out times or days. That being said, they were efficient elevators and while you are waiting you get great view of the city from the spectacular atrium. The bed was great, but the finish in the room needs a little renovation and the bathtub drain was very slow. I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price and location.

    This hotel is beautiful, historic, and in a wonderful location. The staff was excellent. The food from room service and at the resturant, Livingstons, was delicious. The bar was great and had a wonderful bartender who had a great deal of knowledge about the area and history of the hotel and the historic Fox Theater that is right accross the street. I will stay there next time I am in Atlanta.

    The hotel was a big disappointment. Had to stay on business for a week, and this hotel was recommended to us. It was a very sub-par stay. There were no amenities in the room. The room didn't even get cleaned one day. Although beautiful on the outside, and the lobby was lovely, the rooms were not. Looked like the rest of the hotel had seen better days.
