This was my second visit to Georgian Terrace in 2010. I would definitely stay again and again! From the efficient and knowledgeable bell staff, to the concierge who gave provided us with an unsolicited tour...to the spacious rooms..to the pleasant bar staff and then there's Cafe Mim's for a light breakfast if you do not feel like the full meal deal in the restaurant. Location is superb....plenty of additional restaurants within walking distance....the history, the romance, the location, the setting....all in one place. This year is the 100 year anniversary...did I mention the architecture? If you are headed to Atlanta....do yourself a favor and make Georgian Terrace a 'must'!

I got this hotel booked over New Years for a long weekend stay. I booked a normal room, but when I showed up, to my surprise, they upgraded me to the suite! The suite had a lot of amenities that I would never imagined ever using, such as a full kitchen, washer/dryer. In addition, they had two LCD/plasma TVs in the room, for great viewing experience. Outside of the fact that this hotel is an older one that desperately needs renovation, the place is a true bargain for the location and pricing!

Very clean, excellent location. The sitting room/work room was great, allowing me to be productive without cluttering up the bedroom area. Due to business plans, I did not eat in the hotel's restaurants, but there were several great spots nearby. Parking, however, was a hefty additional charge.

I just needed a small room for me and this was perfect. I didn't want to drive everywhere so the midtown location of the Georgian Terrace was great for walking to stores and restaurants. Easy walk to MARTA station as well. I had a great view of the Fox Theater across the street. Hotel was quiet, clean, beautiful. Wonderful use of a landmark building as a modern hotel.
