With my stay, I received a free buffet breakfast at their wonderful little restaurant. It was delicious and a reasonable cost to return on my own other mornings. I had a couple nights of internet service connection issues but several without problems. They took the entire charge off my bill. I even emphasized that I would pay for the days I had no trouble, they were very apologetic and wanted to make up for my frustrations. The conference areas were conveniently located to the main hotel area and to my room.

I had a great stay and the place was very nice. It was very close to all of the destinations in chicago and it had a great view, the lobby and resteraunt were great, definitely a great bang for your buck.
