We had a great time at the hotel from when we checked in to when we left. The check in went very smoothly and the staff member was very helpful. We had a rental car and the car service staff was great. They even gave us information on how to use their services more efficiently. The concierge service was very helpful in finding us restaurants outside of the hotel. The interior of the hotel was really beautiful as well and our room had a really nice view. We'd definitely stay there again.

Good location for lots of shopping and sight seeing. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We had lots of luggage which the staff took care of and even held for us after we checked out. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, great access to underground groceries and restaraunts. Will definately come back.

Overall we were pleased with the Hotel. It has a very large lobby that gives a very grand feel. Our room was Ok, but had a very bad oder to it. If my wife had been on the trip we would have had to switch rooms, I was in town for a Bears game with the boys so we lived with. No problems with the staff. Would stay here again if I wanted to be close to Soldier Field.
