Great Location for everything. if you like a busy, people in every nook and cranny, crowded, then the Chicago Downtown Hyatt is for you. Had loud neighbors banging on room across the hall...a bit scary. We loved our room -- overlook the Lake and love the downtown area - pedestrian friendly! Front Desk staff was great!

WONDERFUL HOTEL!
02/07/2011We are frequent hyatt goers, and they hyatt regency in chicago did not disappoint! also, the steakhouse in the hotel is really, really good, and wonderful staff all around!

I've stayed at this location a couple times. Easy walk to Navy Pier, Loop and Michigan Avenue. Always a cab available in front of hotel. The bar has a great view of the city, Big enough to meet a crowd and intimate enough for smaller gathering. The restaurant in the lobby is convienent for breakfast. My room was clean, quiet, and well appointed with everything I needed for my stay. Front desk was friendly and helpful, both at check-in and check-out.
