I was very pleased with my stay at the Hyatt. The staff was incredibly friendly and allowed me to check in several hours earlier than check in was supposed to be. The room was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location and is worth it's price. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt.

The Hyatt was a beautiful hotel with friendly and responsive staff. It was close to everything we were doing south of the river and had cabs readily available for our outings further away. And, the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends - and I would stay there again.

This hotel has excellent rooms and service. I also liked its convenient location. It has easy access to the train that took my pre-teens and I to the Cubs game. It is an easy walk to Millinium and Grant Parks and a very inexpensive cab ride to the planetarium, Field Museum, and aquarium.

The location is ideal!Easy access by car, although no self-parking available, it was nice to have warm and effecient staff to assist you. You will find yourself in the center of everything with easy walking access to shopping, dinning, and site-seeings. The hotel is in the middle of the Magnificent Mile, by Chicago River, and a couple of blocks from the bay. Safe area, okay to walk after dark. Beautiful lobby with bars, cafe, C-store, and shops. You can find staff everywhere who are ready to answer your questions with a big smile. One thing not so great about the hotel is that there's not free internet: you need to pay by day, and can only access to your account from one computer/phone... This is not the cheapest hotel, but compared with what you get, it so worth it!
