I did not review what the room had to offer so next time I would want a nice bathtub, microwave and refrigerator and a room with a phonebook in the drawer! :) The room was super clean and bed was awsome. The hotel people were wonderful and very helpful.

Great time in Chicago. Hotel was in a wonderful location! Hyatt lived up to its name with quality service and excellent facility. We parked on very nearby Stetson and saved $20/night compared to $50/night the hotel charged. Our stay was marred by a "smash and grab" theft to our cars. We parked on Clark St while seeing "Second City" and both of our cars had their passenger window smashed and closest bag to the window grabbed. HINT: keep all items in your trunk and not visible and you will have a fabulous time in a great city using this hotel.

Stayed one night to see Chicago sights over Christmas. Check-in was efficient and staff were very helpful. Valet parking was very accomodating. Room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Highly reccommend this hotel.

The Hyatt Regency was a fabulous hotel from the minute we pulled up in our cab. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, directing us to the front desk for our check-in(which went very quickly!). Our room was modern and newly remodelled, very stylish! A king size bed, lots of pillows and a great flat screen tv. The staff at the Concierge Desk as well as the main floor Info Area were always ready to offer suggestions on places to eat or the location of certain shops etc. We loved the location of this hotel, right in the middle of the shops on Michigan Avenue our main destination which was Soldier Field! We would love to stay at the Hyatt Regency the next time we are in Chicago.

I have stayed in my Hyatt's over the years and the personal are usually wonderful. I would say only half of the staff we encountered was very friendly. The rest could use an attitude adjustment. Also, we stayed in the West Towers and I don't know if this is the norm but we had to wait for the elevators on Sat. for 15-20 mintues going down several times. I don't know if they were all working but this made all the people waiting for the elevator very cranky. Overall, the room was very nice. Large tv, comfortable beds, good thermastate. The walls are very thin though and everytime someone would turn on the water in the next room you could hear the water inthe pipes. Might have been an air bubble in the pipes it was so loud.
