  My overall experience was good. The location was really good and the hotel was nice especially the East Tower Lobby. I really enjoyed restaurant choices that the concierge suggested. The made service was great and I think I would stay here again.

  This was my first trip to Chicago and I loved everything about it. The hotel was right in the heart of shopping and site seeing area. I was able to walk everywhere from the hotel. I had a great view from my room too. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

  I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. it was clean and well maintained. one opportunity for improvement would be to offer guests better signage for the entrance (for driving).

  Room service was not good. Our room was not made 1 day but when we notified administration and front desk the situation was taken care of and to compensate 1 day breakfast buffet charge was removed from our hotel bill. You have to review your bill though because one is automatically charged by opening the fridge. Again it was corrected after notifying the front desk. As an overall, our stay was very nice and the location is unbeatable.

  We had entertained customers from China in our corporate office in SW Michigan. For the weekend we took them to Chicago to visit Chinatown , House of Blues , Navy Pier and the Field Museum. Our guests spoke no to very little English. This Hyatt had a few employees that spoke the Mandarin language... Our guests were very comfortable, felt safe and at ease. The hotel was clean and the employees polite and attentive.
