The hotel was huge and filled to capacity. The staff did a great job with service. Breakfast buffet was very overpriced. The room was fine but the glass side table looked liked it had never been cleaned underneath the top. Yikes Hotel was too busy for me would prefer a smaller place. Bar area was fun and comfortable.

We asked for a crib which never arrived. One of the telephones didn't work. Room was inexplicably not made up one day. Revolving door was broken. Internet is free in your room if you have the Hyatt passport yet you will be charged for using the computer/Internet in the lobby. Layout of the lobby/first floor is inconvenient and condusive to congestion. Service is unremarkable. Would not stay here given the available alternatives.

Perhaps the greatest thing about my experience at this Hyatt was the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Every single employee I encountered—from housekeeping to front desk—was extremely polite and seemed to be having as great a time as the guests staying at the hotel. Add to that the clean, sleek, contemporary rooms; the outstanding view of the river; and a great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a centrally-located, but enormous hotel. We enjoyed the central location and excellently arranged though smallish room with a wonderful view, but once you got outside the room, the vastness of this place makes itself felt. Check-in, valet service, luggage storage, concierge service, and check-out all had an airport feel to them, with long lines, mostly inexperienced staff, and an assembly-line feeling.
