The hotel lobby looks old, it needs a facelift. There were cracks in the glass on the lobby revolving doors. The elevator doors needed cleaning. The items in the lobby display cases were dusty (like the large champagne bottles). Some of the bathroom tiles were cracked along with some chips on the tub. The grout in the bathroom looked dirty. The hot water took a while to get hot and the show head was poor. The phone in the bathroom was covered with dust. The popcorn ceiling in the bedroom needed repair. The decor of the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good, near the outlets and boardwalk mall. Would I stay there again, probably not.

Hotel seemed dirty and old. The casino was nice. They gave me keys to a room that was not cleaned from previous guest. Rooms are old. The hotel was completely understaffed.

All staff was great. Checked in early at 1:00 no problem, resturants in the hote
