Staff was more than helpful! Room was clean could of been more up to date but whos complaining when its clean. Love Seabreeze restaurant try the spinach chicken wrap with a ceasar salad. Also R the server at the restaurant was cool. Right on the beach. This place has three dining choices car jet ski rentals in the hotel couple of shops on lower level. And definitelt ask about the scooter rentals they are so fun to have while down there. You get to see and learn more about the area with them. Only * for 24 hrs and it only takes about 4 to fill up. Best type of transportation to have while down there. Make sure you have plenty of spare cause 18 gratuity is added on everything unless you go to fridays which only has 15 gratuity. Other than that I would definitely consider staying at Miami beach Resort again. I have nothing bad to say whatsoever but if your looking for the action you need to be on Washington Ave or 20th hundred block of collins and down. But its nice to stay away from where all the action is and actually relax. Miami is the best!

We booked this hotel thinking that we got a great deal and wow we were disappointed.... First of all, upon arival we were informed we had to pay a valet fee of $*/day, something that was not expected or desired. In the lobby the main stepps there was hotel employee that did not even look at us or greet us. The rooms are ok but have no fridge or microwave. I asked for a microwave and i was told i had to pay a $* fee to have it delivered (are you kidding me?????) and a $*/day fee. the fridge was $* or something ridiculous like that. I got a better service in a $* hotel in Orlando where all that was...FREE. The only good things were the view from our window and the pool. I don't recommend their restaurant, the prices are ridiculous and the bar they have by the pool is no different. The hotel is at least 15 minutes drive time from the "hot zone" so appart from the $*/day for the valet parking, be prepared to rack out at least $* more per day for parking if you need to go anywhere. Overall... i don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to sit in the pool all day or spend time on the beach by the hotel by yourself.

Overall, it is an ok hotel. The guest registration staff were very helpful and kind, except for one individual who seemed a bit sarcastic because I filled out my complete address on a document, that she didn't need me to do. Anyway, the view was beautiful, it was the partial view. The room was clean, the problem we had was that the second day we stayed, the only thing cleaned was our beds. None of the garbadge bins were emptied, we didn't receive any new towels, there were no refills whatsoever on coffee/sugar/milk etc. This was VERY annoying since we payed to stay here and this is part of what I payed for. There was also alot of noise from the hallway, & the doors don't close so they have to be banged closed EVERY time. For the most part the staff were ok. There was one man in particular who just got on my nerves. He is one of the men (in his late 30's /early 40's) who will normally assist with luggage, and valet service. I don't know what this mans problem is, but from the time we arrived he was a bit rude-I just ignored it. Then the next day when I stood outside with my family to wait for a taxi, instead of coming up and asking us if we needed anything, he kept staring at us, and then turned to his co-worker and said something-which in turn made his co worker look at us, then I heard this man say..."it's ridiculous". Well, I have NO idea what could be ridiculous about me or my family, & if this man had a problem he could have approached me and spoke to me like an adult instead of being a coward. The restaurant was good, they were kind.
