- Please note that the Miami Beach Resort charges a Resort Fee of 12.00 USD per day (13.56 USD including tax recovery charge), that will be collected directly by the hotel at check out. The resort fee includes daily Membership to the Fitness Center, including unlimited use of the Fitness Center Equipment, lockers, sauna, steam room and shower facilities, Pool Concierge Service offering use of reading material, floating devices, games, fresh fruit in the AM, granola bars or popsicles in the afternoon, pool towels, and cushioned lounge chairs, and in room Tea and Coffee.

The hotel is clean, the closet space is huge, it is a great place to stay!! The restaurant is affordable, and the staff is soooo nice. I would definately stay there again, this was my second time at this hotel. Very affordable room rates too!

Great beach-front hotel experience

We booked for 4 days... best relaxing days I've had for a long time. The beach was beautiful, calm, clear, clean. The hotel photos do not do the hotel justice. The hotel is right on the ocean, a few steps off. We could clearly see who was at the beach from our hotel room. The hotel experience itself was great, beginning with the wonderful valet parking attendants ($*/day fee worth it), followed by the service provided by everyone at the reception area as well as all other service staff. The hotel room was great, we were given an update from the room we''d chosen to a corner ocean-front room. We also had free internet access, coffee, and the NY times. The view was amazing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room had 2 closets--one was a walk-in. There is no balcony, but we did not miss it. An attendant hands you a beach towel as you enter the pool and beach area, later another comes by and offers you fresh fruit, and even a cold wet towel to cool you off. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will return. It is not in south beach, but it is close enough that we drove with our car and visited Lincoln Road.

The partial view was beautiful. The woman that I checked in with, was a bit sarcastic with me-I did not appreciate that. Everyone else at the registration desk was helpful & polite. I was VERY dissapointed with the room. The second day I was there, Nothing was cleaned just the beds, no new towels, no refill on coffee/sugar etc, garbadge bins were not cleaned!When someone finally can to clean it, he was very rude. The restaurant was good. The first night I had dinner, it was BAD. The second time, it was really good. I found that after the people working in the restaurant realised i was giving an extra tip, that is when they were nicer to me. I don't think that anyone should be treated differently, doesnt matter how much you tip or not. The other rude person, was one of the valet guys (in his late 30's to early 40's). Never asked if I needed help when he could see me standing there, he would walk right by me & ask other people coming outside if they needed help. The hotel doors dont close properly, so they have to be banged-which is what I heard continuoulsy every night, along with people in the hallway that have no regard for anyone else, making noise & allowing their children to literally scream !!? Overall, it was ok, except for some of the service. I would defintely NOT stay here again though.

We booked this hotel thinking that we got a great deal and wow we were disappointed.... First of all, upon arival we were informed we had to pay a valet fee of $*/day, something that was not expected or desired. In the lobby the main stepps there was hotel employee that did not even look at us or greet us. The rooms are ok but have no fridge or microwave. I asked for a microwave and i was told i had to pay a $* fee to have it delivered (are you kidding me?????) and a $*/day fee. the fridge was $* or something ridiculous like that. I got a better service in a $* hotel in Orlando where all that was...FREE. The only good things were the view from our window and the pool. I don't recommend their restaurant, the prices are ridiculous and the bar they have by the pool is no different. The hotel is at least 15 minutes drive time from the "hot zone" so appart from the $*/day for the valet parking, be prepared to rack out at least $* more per day for parking if you need to go anywhere. Overall... i don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to sit in the pool all day or spend time on the beach by the hotel by yourself.
