- Please note that the Miami Beach Resort charges a Resort Fee of 12.00 USD per day (13.56 USD including tax recovery charge), that will be collected directly by the hotel at check out. The resort fee includes daily Membership to the Fitness Center, including unlimited use of the Fitness Center Equipment, lockers, sauna, steam room and shower facilities, Pool Concierge Service offering use of reading material, floating devices, games, fresh fruit in the AM, granola bars or popsicles in the afternoon, pool towels, and cushioned lounge chairs, and in room Tea and Coffee.

After I check in in Hotel I got room where shower head were making loud noise. There were not towels for feet. Coffee maker did not work. I called to reception, they send a plumber, plumber came and could not fix the shower head and ask me if move to other room. I did. The second room had drainage problem in a sink (mold around the sink) somebody's hair in a shower? Shampoo cover top on the floor? I asked in the morning the room service manager to look at this problem, they did not. I came at 5 pm from the beach, sink did not work properly. Shampoo cover top was still on the floor. No room service?! Call again the reception, waited for plumber for 25 -30 min. My question is: Did I pay for this Hotel to solve their plumbing issues and spend my time to call reception and have uncomfortable staying in this hotel? No. I was looking for relaxing time in my short vacation. Will not recommend that hotel!

A very beautiful, quiet hotel, however we had to take a cab or bus to all attractions and restaurants. If you are traveling with children dining-in can be expensive. Spa service was average. The type & the excessive amount of oil used during the massage treatments should be reviewed.

I forgot the staff members name I only remembered one because she checked me in & her name was Maria and the other staff was a red head but anyways. They were wonderful they made my stay worthwhile. They were very helpful and accommodating which gave me no worries. They were very friendly and helped with my every need which I loved and appreciated.
