- Please note that the Miami Beach Resort charges a Resort Fee of 12.00 USD per day (13.56 USD including tax recovery charge), that will be collected directly by the hotel at check out. The resort fee includes daily Membership to the Fitness Center, including unlimited use of the Fitness Center Equipment, lockers, sauna, steam room and shower facilities, Pool Concierge Service offering use of reading material, floating devices, games, fresh fruit in the AM, granola bars or popsicles in the afternoon, pool towels, and cushioned lounge chairs, and in room Tea and Coffee.

This was my first trip to Miami and I must say I didnt want to leave. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff was VERY helpful! I went in March so the weather was perfect. The only bad thing about this hotel is that it is a taxi ride to anything... but not a long ride. I plan to visit Miami again this summer!

This hotel was great. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and was there when I needed them. The pool was beautiful as well as spacious. All in all the hotel and the experience they gave was great. I would for sure stay there again in future stays and recommend it to my friends.

Although located on the beach, this hotel stuck me in a room that was absolutely disgusting. After requesting a room change I was able to enjoy one of their newly renovated rooms -- my hotel experience was much nicer thereafter.

Hotel is not 4 star as advertised.. Other than that we had a good stay at reasonable expense. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was dated and needs upgraded soon. We noticed a team working on renovation plans on the lower level. Hopefully; these activities will be expedited. The pool area is very good and the beach is great. The restaurants should concentrate on providing quailty relative to cost. We don't mind paying $* for cheese-burgers and beer if they are good. These weren't. We prefer staying at our resort rather than wasting time going elsewhere to eat. Paying higher prices for quality products to facilitate not leaving the resort is worth it to us. We only ate dinner one time in the resort due to the negative dining experience. Overall the stay was good when compered to cost. There is a $* per day parking fee and a $* per day fee for incidentals. These charges are in addition to the room charges. We recieved a $* per day reduction in our bill as long as we spent $* or more each day in the hotel. We didn't have a problem meeting the criteria for recieving this "special offer".
