- Please note that the Miami Beach Resort charges a Resort Fee of 12.00 USD per day (13.56 USD including tax recovery charge), that will be collected directly by the hotel at check out. The resort fee includes daily Membership to the Fitness Center, including unlimited use of the Fitness Center Equipment, lockers, sauna, steam room and shower facilities, Pool Concierge Service offering use of reading material, floating devices, games, fresh fruit in the AM, granola bars or popsicles in the afternoon, pool towels, and cushioned lounge chairs, and in room Tea and Coffee.

I usually don't write reviews, but for this hotel I just felt like I had too! Before going on my trip, I've read SO many bad reviews about this hotel, that I started to be a little worried, thinking, did I booked the wrong place for my so deserved vacation?? Honestly, I had a blast there, the staff was amazing, the service impeccable, and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. And of course, the price is really good too! I was every single day asking myself: why did people didn't like this hotel? And some of the reviews would say: they didn't let me take beers to the pool, or, they didn't let the pizza guy go upstairs to the room. Well, the pool has a bar, so have you ever taken your own beer when going to a bar? This is business for god's sake...there is absolutely anything wrong with that. We should always expect to spend a little money while going on vacation, especially Miami. About the pizza guy...I think is a matter of safety. Would you want a complete strange walking up to your room?? I wouldn't! So, my advice: if you are in doubt about this hotel (like I was ) don't be! The hotel is amazing, the pool area is awesome, the beach is beautiful and me, my boyfriend and my parents had a blast there!! Good trip!

Our carpet was wet the whole visit. The carpet was clearly not clean, we wore our shoes the whole time we were in our room. They didn't clean the bathroom hardly at all. The sliding door to the shower had all kinds of disgusting stains on it. The pictures do not portray the actual condition of the hotel at all. We left 3 days early because of bad weather but both agreed we would have stayed had the hotel been much nicer. Didnt get our money's worth. The staff was extremely nice, so why not make it all nice?!? I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a really great hotel. We just wish it had said online that you had to valet park to a tune of $25.00 a day. This hotel was already at the top of our budget without the parking and if we had known about the parking ahead of time it would have been great. We had never been to Miami beach before so we were not aware that parking was an issue. Other than that the hotel was great.

When we arrived to the hotel, the room we were originally given was not clean. We were moved to another room, and this bathroom was not clean. The view was nice and so was the staff. It was much farther from ocean drive than we liked, especially since it was a group of 3 young ladies having to travel that distance alone. I would not recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness of it. We had to ask repeatedly for housekeeping to clean the room, replace towels, etc.
