- Please note that the Miami Beach Resort charges a Resort Fee of 12.00 USD per day (13.56 USD including tax recovery charge), that will be collected directly by the hotel at check out. The resort fee includes daily Membership to the Fitness Center, including unlimited use of the Fitness Center Equipment, lockers, sauna, steam room and shower facilities, Pool Concierge Service offering use of reading material, floating devices, games, fresh fruit in the AM, granola bars or popsicles in the afternoon, pool towels, and cushioned lounge chairs, and in room Tea and Coffee.

07/16/2012Avoid this place! rooms are not very clean and they have bed bugs!
AVOID THIS PLACE! ROOMS ARE NOT VERY CLEAN AND THEY HAVE BED BUGS!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Hotel, the staff was very friendly the pool was awesome and the room was very clean. The bed was "AMAZING" it's like the thing had a a personality LOL, my girlfriend and I just couldnt get up, we called it the evil bed because it was so comfortable. I loved how the staff bought melons and fruit to us while we relaxed at the pool, the staff even opens up the cab door and closes it for you whenever you arrive or depart to go site seeing. I lOVED my stay, I highly reccommend this hotel they truly treat you like a star there.

After just a couple days I went down to te lobby and some of the staff called me by name, and when I said, "You have a great memory," I was answered with, "Ohh yes..." and then continued in to hw he remembered my fiance and I were on vacation together, we were gettin pictures while there and told me stuff that we had said we wanted to do while there. I felt like they paid great attention and were very helpful in answering questions and giving us tips and ideas of things to do during ourstay to make it even better.
