Overall, the hotel is showing its age. Moreover, our room left a little to be desired in terms of cleanliness (linens were stained; carpet stained; fixtures a little crusty; doors marked; metal surfaces smudged, etc.). There was only one towel in our room when we got in. There was also perhaps 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper left in the dispenser (no refills anywhere). I had to call guest services and generously tip what turned out to be a very helpful staff person to stock the room. I did request a new room in the end, and we were changed to a cleaner room. A few things I noticed: the staff were a little unkempt; no bell boy; valet parking was slow; wait staff in restaurant looked disheveled. The hotel is in an amazing location, but for the price, it should offer more and strive to do better.

I stayed at the hotel due to a seminar. The walls were very thin and we asked to be moved because it sounded like the people next door were having a party in our room. The front desk was helpful and had me check out another room before moving, when I met the hotel person near the new room he acted put out and rude saying it was Friday night what did I expect. We moved to a quieter floor which worked ok. The room was small and cramped and in need of a true renovation. The phone did not work in the new room and we had a view of a wall. No joke. The coffee shop in the morning was good. Although the second day we waited for a bagel and sandwich for 25 minutes and the server was rude bringing it over after my wife politely asked how long it would be due to a seminar. The sleepnumber bed was very comfortable. The convention room was dirty and our break food did not show up untill someone complained. I think that the location was great, it was right downtown. Overall this hotel was terrible and I will never stay at a Radisson again, unless a last resort and definitely not this one. I would rather sleep in Rittenhouse Square Park!!!!!!

We were there over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hospitality was great, with cider in the lobby. It is within walking distance of much of center city Philadelphia. It has a pleasant restaurant and bar of its own. It is surrounded by other places to eat, all the way up and down the price range. It was clean.

This hotel had all the class of a 5 star hotel. From the courtesy of the front desk, to the outstanding people at the hotel lounge. I would definitly stay here anytime I am in downtown Philly. It was close walking distance to most places and most important I felt safe in this hotel. It may cost a little more but I got what I paid for.
