I am recommending this hotel only because of the view of the space needle, puget sound and the proximity to shopping and the Pike Place Market. The front desk staff was very rude and not very helpful with any of my questions. The bed in my room was very comfortable but the carpeting was stained and the room had a foul odor to it. I also do not appreciate the housekeeping staff moving my belongings around especially when I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign in place. I expected much more from this hotel.

The location for a vacation spot and views from the 19th floor were incredible. We were able to walk to just about everything. The exercise room and pool were exaclty what we wanted. The hotel itself was not incredible (it was nice). Although the cost was higher than I would have liked, it may have been the best deal downtown. I did my research. We would come back.

This hotel is awful. Service was so slow and the staff were irritated when helping customers. The room had a lot of outside and inside noise making it difficult to sleep. This hotel is way to expensive . I will never stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here while we were apartment hunting. We spent several nights here and enjoyed it much! Many rooms have balconies, which was nice. Our room was impeccably clean. They did charge me a few dollars more for their services than was listed on the receipt they left with me...which was confusing. Besides that, the staff was very congenial and even did research on google maps to help us find our way to different addresses around town. Very happy overall :)
