I have stayed here before and then tried other hotels in the City and keep coming back here for comfort and ease of getting around the city from this location. My only complaint is that the food service is not up to standard. this does not bother me as there are plenty of good restaurants within a short walking distance.

We experienced a serious plumbing problem with the bath/shower. The staff was immediately responsive and did everything possible to accomodate our needs. From housekeeping to technicans, everyone was respectful and accountable. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location.

We didn't really partake in any of the amenities of the hotel but it was perfect for us! The location was excellent and the bed in our room was by far the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in! We wanted to pack it up and take it with us.
