This older hotel is up to date, clean and comfortable. Plus, its location in Midtown Manhattan is fantastic. We walked everywhere. My only complaint was the $13/day charge for wireless internet.

This was my first full week in New York and I was impressed. The Warwick embodied everything I'd ever imagined New York to be! The architecture was something out of an old Cary Grant film. *That is, of course, a compliment! Lobby was beautiful and the food/service at their two restaurants was unmatched. Our room was not ready upon checkin time, so they immediately upgraded us to another available room. Very clean accommodations and wonderful bed! Hotel attendants were extremely helpful, whether answering a subway question or hailing us a cab. The location is phenomenal! Only a couple blocks from Times Square, Broadway, shopping, Central Park, great food, and main Subway hubs! In the opinion of my wife and I... the Warwick is a no-brainer! It will be our vacation spot for years to come.
