We stayed at this hotel because of a flight delay resulting from UA. Hotels were mostly booked on the night we needed to stay but Westin was able to accommodate us. Very nice hotel and room but was much more expensive that we would have needed. Staff there was great. Food superb. If you are looking for a nice luxury hotel in downtown LA, this would be a great choice.

The Hotel price was higher than our normal price range, but the bed was worth every penny. Super compfortable and the overall hotel has a luxurious feel. Great staff even though our wait was longer than expected at check in when their computer systems went down.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 weeks in the last 2 months and travel approximately 80% of the year. It is very comfortable and feels safe. In the morning they have a great breakfast buffet. At night the bar serves food and I have noticed that the quality of that is not anywhere near as good as it is in the morning where the buffet is served. Our servers are always very attentive and when all the meeting rooms were booked the staff were very kind and let us use a private corner in the lower level restaurant. The restaurant on the 35th floor is absolutely fantastic! Best meal I have ever had, although it came to $300 for two. Parking is expensive but I have not found it much more affordable anywhere else in LA. Sometimes the valet is very slow, patience is a virtue here. Also, mark the miles on your car when you drop it with valet (hint hint). All in all, with all the traveling I do, this hotel is well above average and even exceptional in some areas. Free internet in the lobby, not free in room. Tip for getting a room, don't get one near the elevators, elevator riders can see in your windows day and night.

This is a great hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. I was traveling with 2 teenagers and they like spacious lobby where they can serve the net and read. The pool is small, but nice and clean. I would stay at Westin Bonaventure again
