The room was nice, but the bed was too soft. The restaurant was just okay. One day the breakfast was good, the next day, everything was overcooked and dry. The parking fee was a little steep when you consider how far you had to walk to get to the elevator.

This hotel was right on the crown plaza and was a great location. We got to walk to union station and the plaza. The hotel is pricy but we got a great deal on it. Enjoyed the pool and the room. Great for celebrating our first year anniversary.

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed being right next to all the attractions we were going to. I thought parking rates were a little high and there was a marathon that started and and finished right in front of the hotel which made it nearly impossible to get across the street to the attraction we wanted to go to. I thought the rooms would be bigger for the money we spent but they were clean and nice. Some things on the website are a little mis-leading. For example it brags that there is free bottled water in the rooms. That apparently means one free bottle and then another bottle that has a $1.00 price tag on it. I was a little confused on the times certain places closed. Some brochures said one time and another place said another time and then hotel associate told us an even different time.
